Qualification:

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in P&M operations, maintenance, and equipment management, Infra Experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and heavy machinery.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimum downtime.
• Maintain records of equipment performance, fuel consumption, and repair history.
• Coordinate with project and site teams for equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support in equipment inspections, audits, and spare parts management.

Skills Required:

• Sound technical knowledge of construction machinery (cranes, batching plants, excavators, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning and documentation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across India.
